1. What is the Export Credit?

<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" width="40px" /> Export Credits (hereinafter referred to as "Credits") are digital credits used to instruct and perform digital container loading tasks, one of the core functions of ECOYA EXPORT.

• Credits are allocated differently depending on the subscription plan, and additional Credits can be purchased separately if needed.
• The validity of individually purchased Credits lasts permanently for the duration of the service as long as the subscription is maintained. However, even if additional Credits are provided due to a subscription renewal, the individually purchased Loading Credits will be deducted first. </aside>

2. How are Export Credits deducted?

<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" width="40px" /> When you complete all items related to the loading task under [Loading] → [Register Loading] and press Save, 1 Credit will be automatically deducted.

• Please note that deducted Credits cannot be restored even if you select [Cancel Work Request], so use them carefully.

• Each Credit allows for a maximum of 15 containers.

• If the number of containers exceeds 15, additional Credits will be consumed. (Ex. If the contracted number of containers is 32, the required Credits would be 15 + 15 + 2 = a total of 3 Credits.)
