This screen is used to register tasks that will be included in a single B/L document. Selected tasks can be used to generate shipping documents (C/I, P/L).

1. Create and Review Shipment Information

  1. Go to the [Shipment] menu and click the Create Shipment button.
  2. Select containers from the chosen tasks.
  3. Click the Save button to register the shipment. </aside>

  1. Shipments you created are automatically bookmarked for easier management.

Q. Why can’t I combine certain tasks?

A. This tab allows you to view shipments that have been updated due to combined or split bookings. Updated shipments are also highlighted in the overall shipment list for easy identification.

Q. Can I create documents before the container loading tasks are completed?

A. Yes, you can temporarily generate documents by clicking the Temporary Registration button. The shipment status will be saved as "Temporary," and you can update it once the tasks are completed.

Q. What does "Reset Documents" mean?

A. It allows you to clear the existing document content. If the booking/task details have been updated, click the Reset Documents button to apply the changes.

Q. What is the "Update" tab?

A. It is a tab where you can separately view shipments that have changes due to merging or splitting bookings. These shipments will be highlighted in the overall shipment list, making them easy to spot.
