This screen allows you to request container loading operations at the worksite (factory). Once the loading schedule is shared with the worksite staff or on-site workers, they can register the unique work code in the app to begin loading immediately.

1. Create Loading

  1. Go to the [Loading] menu and click the Create Loading button.
  2. Enter the loading details. (*Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.)

  1. Loading photos taken with the dedicated app will include GPS data, revealing the location.
  2. Adjust visibility settings to share location information according to company policy and the exporter’s intent. </aside>

2. Container Loading Process (App)

Workers can also start the loading process directly by clicking the deep link

sent via text.

3. Container Loading History

  1. View container work details for the specific loading request.
  2. Check loading photos and weight details for each container, then click the Confirm button.
  3. If there is incorrect information, you can edit it directly, and the updates will be reflected in the app immediately.
  4. Once you click the Confirm button, further modifications will no longer be allowed in the app. </aside>
