If the booking information changes after the container is released, you can move the container's work details to another booking or a new booking.

Booking Split: When different containers in the same work item use different shipments, you can split the work item into multiple bookings/works/shipments.

Booking Merge & Split Process


  1. Access the [Loading] menu and select the desired loading item from the list.

  2. After selecting the container to move, click the Merge/Split button.

  1. In the Merge/Split modal, select the booking/contract/shipment you want to move and click the Save button.

  1. You can only merge bookings with the same booking information.
  2. Bookings can only be merged if they are confirmed. Merging is not possible for provisional bookings.
  3. Work items that change during a merge or split will be marked with the C icon.
  4. Shipments that change during a merge or split will be highlighted in the Shipment Management menu and can be reviewed separately in the Shipment Management-Update tab. </aside>
